Shipping Policy
- All In Stock items are shipped within 3 to 7 business days. If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email or phone. Some items on the website may be backordered or out of stock. If an item is out of stock and needs to be ordered the order may take up to 2 weeks to fill.
- All items are shipped UPS ground service to the Continental U.S. Any items being shipped to Alaska or Hawii will include extra fees,please call Customer Service at 920-694-1610 for assistance.
- Saddles will incur and additional $24.95 in shipping/handling fees.
- Worldwide shipping please call us at 920-694-1610 or email us for service. International orders are not accepted via our shopping cart service and need to be handled in-house.
- If you would like the item shipped to you via UPS 3-day, 2-day or Overnight service please call our customer service at 920-694-1610 for assistance.
Any Promotional Free Shipping is us to our discretion on how we ship it. Either UPS ground or USPS. If item(s) are returned customer is responsible for original shipping cost incurred. Any special order items will not be included in free shipping deals. Invoices will be adjusted after purchase.
